Description
Take some time for yourself and join a gentle women’s circle created for mothers.
Led by Kat Hughes, an experienced practitioner whose projects include the Covid Mums project and the Music of Motherhood podcast, this gathering offers space to pause, reflect and connect. Kat has worked for many years on creative projects that explore real experiences of motherhood and community.
Together we will:
- Listen to each other’s experiences of motherhood
- Explore guided journaling prompts and simple creative exercises
- Share wisdom and real moments in a warm, supportive setting
There is no expectation to speak or take part in anything that doesn’t feel right for you—come as you are and stay as long as you feel comfortable.
Everyone will receive a small gift to take home.
