We’ll be running at the rec - we may even run on grass for this session. You’ll be doing reps in pairs - it’s great fun!
About this event
I’ll be pairing your up with someone for you to work together on the session.
You’ll run in opposite directions around the rec until you meet - then you’ll turn around and run back. Once you’re both back you’ll have a rest then go again.

Meet at the Community Centre by 6.30pm, and we leave at 6.35pm.
Once we're done it's pub time!
These sessions are going to pay you dividends in fitness and race terms.
ps - if you find yourself on the wait list this you may be offered a place fairly last minute due to cancellations - keep an eye on your emails.
Please don't attend if you are at all unwell, whatever the symptoms, and even if you’ve had a lateral flow and it’s is negative. It’s better to skip it if you’re under the weather anyway.
