A 1 hour Motivation Workshop, to help you reach your NEXT level of Motivation, in whatever sport/activity/exercise you are a participant or if you wish to start on your exercise/ movement journey.

The Workshop topics include:

  • Finding your WHY
  • Identifying your Triggers for change
  • Discovering whether you are Intrinsically or Extrinsically motivated.
  • Managing your Inner Voices and Outside Noises.
  • Techniques to improve Resilience and Motivation.

I will also share my motivation and experiences of my journey and participation in the Marathon Des Sables, Everest Marathon, Artic Marathon and HYROX World Championships.
