A 1 hour Motivation Workshop, to help you reach your NEXT level of Motivation, in whatever sport/activity/exercise you are a participant or if you wish to start on your exercise/ movement journey.
The Workshop topics include:
- Finding your WHY
- Identifying your Triggers for change
- Discovering whether you are Intrinsically or Extrinsically motivated.
- Managing your Inner Voices and Outside Noises.
- Techniques to improve Resilience and Motivation.
I will also share my motivation and experiences of my journey and participation in the Marathon Des Sables, Everest Marathon, Artic Marathon and HYROX World Championships.
