Motivational Monday Mindfulness
Join Donna-Marie Bull and Jay Rughani for this powerful 45 minute kick start “Motivational Mindful Meditation” Live taught on zoom sessions which will be held every Monday from 6:30am-7:15am. The session will cover 25 minutes of gentle yoga, followed 20 minutes of meditation sound immersion, aiming to set you up for clarity, focus and a productive week ahead.
Let go of procrastination and stagnation, allowing yourself to focus and flow with your daily tasks with minimal effort.
Start the day feeling good inside out.
Pre-booking is a must.
Session starts at 6:30am -7:15am.
Please join 5 minutes beforehand and make yourself comfortable on the floor.
To make the very most of the experience a couple of suggestions:
- Ensure you are in a room where you are not disturbed.
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing.
- Have a yoga mat or blanket and also a throw.
- Keep a glass of water handy, so you can have this at the end of the session.
