Mourning chat & life music
Event Information
About this Event
Let's welcome death in our lives and celebrate those people we still love so much. Bring a picture, a fond memory, a music, a recipe, anything you would enjoy sharing with us that reminds you of your loved one.
The space will be held by Sara and Sophie in memory of Jude, Sara's daughter, and Xavier, Sophie's brother. The sessions will be supported by Ibrahim Fanous' beautiful live music coming all the way from the Nile!
All donations will go to PSYCHEdelight winter appeal to support asylum seekers during this pandemic.
We want to make sure our online workshops are accessible to all so we organise home visits for people who struggle with zoom and might need a first face to face contact and some help with IT. We also provide data when needed. The donations will also be allocated to our free facilitator training for asylum seekers that is running all year long.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
ABOUT PSYCHEDELIGHT
PSYCHEdelight is a participatory theatre company created in 2011 by Sophie Besse, a theatre director and psychotherapist. We celebrate diversity and promote social inclusion by bringing diverse communities together through our performances and workshops.
We create new work engaging those least involved in arts, giving them an opportunity to express themselves and a platform to be heard.
See below for a few pics of our workshops. More details on our website www.psychedelight.org
