Welcome to Water Lilies Community Hub 🌸
Come and join us for monthly Move & Breathe, on Thursday Dec 11th, at 7PM.
In this session we use familiar shapes like high and low lunge, warrior II and warrior III to build a repetition in a flow and create a moving meditation.
It is not a complicated practice, but we move at pace, with the breath. Starting slow with equal inhales and exhales and as the breath speeds up, the flow follows, building heat and momentum through repetition. Toward the end, the breath lengthens again, giving space to stretch and soften.
Don't forget to bring your mat and a water bottle!
🤸🏼♀️ Who's the teacher?
I'm Paulina - I practice vinyasa yoga and outside of the mat I'm a business owner and finance professional. My practices are inspired by my work, or rather a way to balance it and give my mind a break. It's not for beginners, but those who want to learn the self control of the mind through their bodies.
⚡️ What these classes really feel like?
My students often say that these classes make them feel super energized, not the kind of heart pumping way you wouldn't want at 8 pm, but in a focused and calm way.
