Move | Breathe | Stretch - A Yoga Pilates blend of Strength, Mobility & Calm

Returning to exercise? Looking to improve strength & mobility plus a good stretch routine?

Then join Sean as he mixes movement with mindfulness, blending principles from Pilates & Yoga for modern living.

Open to all levels so bring along those iffy backs, stiff necks and tight hamstrings!

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Bus:

Bus route 2 stops 2min walk from the Racecourse.

Parking:

There is limited parking available on site.
Please park in bays marked community centre / staff only on arrival and collect a permit.

Please note, the local area has permit parking restrictions

What can I bring into the event?

A small hand towel if you wish. Mats are available to use.

There's water and tea provided too.


Do I need to have done Yoga or Pilates before?

No. The session is structured to help you use your own body weight and to exercise progressively based on your own capabilities.


Any handstands or chanting?

No.


How about Meditation?

Yes actually - Nowt complicated, simple relaxed, focused breathing towards the end of the session


How much is each session?

Sessions are £7*

*This is an introductory pay as you go rate for Feb and March
