Join us at St Michaels church hall for a playful, creative, and inclusive movement workshop exploring the theme of the sea and water.
Move at your own pace and work collaboratively to find ways in to moving creatively, using all the senses.
Enjoy a range of warm up games and movement-based tasks, learn some movement material, and create your own dances both individually and in small groups.
Words and mark-making will also be used to enrich the creative process.
Become more connected with your body and build confidence in using your body to explore and express creative ideas.
