How fit do I need to be?

As long as you can walk for an hour on flat ground or a slight incline you should be fine. Occasionally we take a route that incorporates some steps going up....but we never go down the steps.

What do I need to bring with me?

Some people like to bring water. Wear clothing and footwear that are suitable for the weather and terrain.

The main car park at Parc Penallta.....look out for the Black car with the Energy Moves logo, and people handing out headsets.

Yes, it is currently a free car park with lots of spaces.

What age is this suitable for?

Adults and accompanied children over 12.

Is it an accessible route?

The route is over grass or gravel and occasionally we go up steps (but never down steps), so is not suitable for wheelchairs.
