IC3CSI (IC3 Black, Crime Scene Investigators), an unregistered private investigation company based in Haringey, Tottenham, London, N15, have superior intelligence and the latest counter White Supremacist technology, has initiated an investigation suspecting that this placement is a subtle insult from smart, clever, sophisticated, White Supremacists operating in the area. In response, ADEJA (African Diaspora Equity and Justice Alliance) has launched the "MOVE MARCUS GARVEY INTO THE LIGHT" campaign to address this concern and restore the dignity of Marcus Garvey's representation.
