Join us for an exclusive track event designed to fuel your motivation, sharpen your training and bring Edinburgh's running community together.

We’ve teamed up with local run clubs One Percent More, Blank and Sweat Society Run Clubs for a morning of expert-led sessions, product trials and community spirit. Expect guidance from some of the best in the game:

Laura Muir – Scottish Olympian, World-class runner, and MOVE Brand Ambassador

Sophia Thain (@squatsontoast) – Local coach & influencer, leading interactive sessions with racing and training insights

Tom Coughlin (@tomnutritionist) – MOVE’s Performance Nutritionist, breaking down the science of fuelling and recovery

Event Schedule

• 09:00 – 10:00 Welcome & intros, Fuel Smarter: product breakdown & nutritional talk with Tom Coughlin, followed by tasting session of our brand new MOVE endurance product.

• 10:00 – 10:20 Laura Muir pre-recorded video Q&A session

• 10:20 –11:30 Sophia Thain intros, tips & tricks in workshop session with Sophia: drills, racing & training tips. Followed by Team Relay with prizes for the winners 🏆

• 11:30- 12:00 Brunch and Merch Giveaways
