Move to Thrive: Joyful Movement with Aditi
Overview
When life gets busy and the mind takes over, we sometimes forget that we have a body — a wise, soft, responsive part of us that holds so much more than words can say.
This session is an invitation to return to yourself.
To breathe. To move. To release.
To feel joy, playfulness, stillness or whatever your body wants to say.
Led by Aditi, founder of Move to Thrive Home | Move To Thrive, this workshop blends:
- Grounding breathwork
- Gentle and intuitive movement
- Emotional expression through the body
- Closing rest + optional reflection in circle
There is no choreography to learn and no experience needed.
You can move a lot, or you can move very little — you choose.
Every body is welcome. Every pace is welcome.
You may leave feeling:
- Lighter in your body
- Softer in your heart
- A little more you
Come as you are. Wear something comfy.
Your body already knows what to do.
