Move & Unwind
Wednesday, 16th July | 7:30–8:30pm (arrive from 7:20pm) at The Front Room, High Wycombe
Move & Unwind is your chance to reset and recharge through gentle movement, stretch, breathwork, and simple self-massage. This one-hour session will help you release tension and reconnect with your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and calm.
This isn’t yoga or Pilates, but we draw on similar movement patterns and mindful breathing to create a soothing and accessible experience.
