Move & Unwind is your chance to reset and recharge through gentle movement, stretch, breathwork, and simple self-massage. This one-hour session will help you release tension and reconnect with your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and calm.
This isn’t yoga or Pilates, but we draw on similar movement patterns and mindful breathing to create a soothing and accessible experience.

No previous movement experience needed. This is a low-impact class and does not include a cardio element. We will be sitting down on our mats (floor level), being on all 4s and doing some parts standing. Stretches and exercises will have alternatives for different levels and abilities.
