What should I wear to wear to class?

It's totally up to you but we advise comfortable clothing. We do the class barefoot.

What should  I  bring?

We provide mats, props and blankets. To make the sound bath  even more comfortable we suggest bringing your own cushion,  eye mask and socks. We also advise bringing drinking water.

What facilities are there?

There are no changing rooms, or shower facilities but there are lockers available for your personal possessions.

How do I get there?

The Space is a short walk from Clapham Common tube (northern line). Parking is available on neighbouring roads but not on site.
