In the Movement Directors Association/Equity survey for Movement Directors, you told us that one of the top three changes you'd like to see to improve your working lives is better terms and conditions at work.

This meeting is a space for Movement Directors to come together with Equity and the MDA to talk about current bad and best practice, what good terms and conditions should look like and how we can win them in 2021 and beyond.

This online meeting is open to all Movement Directors - joining details will be circulated to attendees the day before the event.
