Join this three-part workshop series to develop your income plan for 2025-2026 and explore effective income generation and marketing strategies for the sports & physical activity sector.
To get the most out of this series, we recommend you sign up to all three workshops. However, if you can’t make all the dates or are more interested in only some of the topics below, please feel free to register to only one or two of the workshops and we will be in touch with any helpful materials beforehand.
Workshop #1 – What is your sales income plan for 2025 and beyond?
Date: 14th May from 12 PM - 2 PM
In this session we will be defining income goals, sales objectives and KPIs for 2025-26, introducing business mix and models and exploring networks and partnership models. This session will guide social entrepreneurs through a creative thinking and strategy activity to explore options and begin to develop an action plan.
The final 30mins of the workshop will be an optional Q&A.
Workshop #2 - How to achieve sustainable income
Date: 25th June from 12 PM – 2 PM
In this session we will be reviewing the previous targets you set yourself and exploring how to build sustainable systems and processes around income generation, sales and new business development. This session will guide social entrepreneurs through a creative thinking and strategy activity to explore next steps to achieving sustainable income.
The final 30mins of the workshop will be an optional Q&A.
Workshop #3 - Marketing in the sports sector
Date: 10th September from 12PM – 2 PM
In this session we will again be reviewing where you are in your journey. This session will also introduce marketing principles and encourage you to build on your existing marketing plans by guiding social entrepreneurs through a creative thinking and marketing strategy activity to explore these concepts further.
The final 30mins of the workshop will be an optional Q&A.
About the host – Daniel Chidley
Daniel is an AC Accredited Coach & Executive Coach specialising in working with social entrepreneurs and social enterprises on their personal, professional, leadership and business development. Prior to becoming a coach, Daniel has 18 years experience in sales, marketing & communications within the sports and leisure sectors.

In partnership with Sport England, the Movement for change programme aims to support social entrepreneurs who are helping to unlock the advantages of sport and physical activity for the most marginalised communities. Awards of up to £18,000 are available, alongside support to develop key business and leadership skills to help social ventures become more financially sustainable.
