Performing Tai Chi Qigong - no previous experience necessary and it's open for all ages and abilities.
Encouraging you to listen to your body and treating it with respect, the sessions can be done seated or standing. Being gentle with ourselves and enabling you to connect to your breath, your movement and a feeling of calm.
