Every first Tuesday of the month we gather for Move&Relax, an experience that goes beyond a class - it offers a calm space to explore movement, mindfulness, and relaxation at your own pace. So if you want to reconnect with yourself and find a quiet moment in a busy day, this session is for you.
It's your time to:

✔ Move freely, without pressure or judgement
✔ Discover the joy of mindful movement and guided relaxation
There are no steps to follow – just gentle guidance to help you connect with your body and mind at your own pace, in your own way.

Who’s behind Move & Relax?
Move & Relax is guided by Sev (he/him), who created the session drawing on personal experiences and many years as a wellbeing lead, supporting others to feel energised, relaxed and balanced.
Practical details
📍 Location: Marleigh Community Centre, Jubilee Square (in The Hangar building, behind Marleigh’s Co-Op and opposite Marleigh Primary Academy).
🕢 Doors open: 6:50pm
🕣 Session runs: 7:00pm – 8:30pm (please arrive before 7:00pm so we can start together)
💡 Tip: Use Google Maps and type “Marleigh Community Centre.” It’s just a 2-minute walk from the Newmarket Road Park & Ride.
Good to know
- Bring water to drink and wear something loose and comfortable.
- During the session you can be barefoot or wear clean and comfortable shoes.
- Adult-focused (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult).
- I encourage you to travel by bike, use public transport, or walk to the centre. If you need to use your car, there is Park and Ride parking available a 2-minute walk from the Marleigh Community Centre.
