Engaging in gentle movement or dance not only benefits our physical health but also enhances our mental well-being, effectively reducing stress levels. Trying out Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) techniques might also calm you down, lower your blood pressure, and even help you sleep better.

Variety of music genres—instrumental, electronic, world, classical, and more—providing the perfect backdrop for movement and self-expression. From Mozart to Kate Bush, Philip Glass to Moderat, and beyond, our sessions offer a global tapestry of sounds, ensuring each playlist is fresh and exciting.

Question 4

What is the relaxation part?

Accepted Answer

At the end of the session, I lead a 15-minute relaxation session, which includes Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and breathing exercises. You can choose to sit in a chair or lay down on the floor; if you prefer lying down, bring a yoga mat and extra support for your comfort.

Are you going to teach me how to dance or move?

I strongly believe that anyone can dance and move in their own beautiful way. I’m not going to teach you how to dance or move but will guide you through this experience to connect with yourself, free yourself and let go of everything.
