Moving Forward Group coaching - Inspiring Women Society

The Moving Forward event is a monthly event on the first Tuesday of each month. Is an opportunity for you to work on your own desired goals, such as: “Set up my own business”, “Build my confidence, enjoy a stress-free life”, “Achieve work-life balance”, “Become more organised”, "Build a new habit, exercise on a regular basis" and “Improve the communication with my partner”. By the end of the session, you will become motivated, gain more clarity and have some clear action steps that will move you one step closer to your goal.
The timetable is as follows:
• 7:00 -7:10 PM: Registration
• 7:10 PM - 8:50 PM: It's time to move forward!
Introduction: We will start with an introduction where I will explain to you in more detail the structure of the event. You will learn the tips, techniques and strategies to help you get motivated to achieve your goals, support and hold each other accountable along the way!
Part I: It doesn't matter whether it's a big goal or a tiny one - the group is there to help you clarify your next steps! You will help each other to work on their own desired goals.
Part II: It's time to experience group coaching, I will use my coaching skills to help you set your desired goal, get motivated, break free from what is holding you back and take some actions towards your desired goal.
• 8:50 - 9 PM: Event comes to a close.
We will have to empty the room by 9 PM but I will be available outside the room for any personal questions that you have.
