MOVING FORWARD

Opening the conversation on life after cancer

Join us on Thursday, 9th October, 17:00–19:00 in London for an evening of inspiration, connection, and powerful storytelling during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Cancer doesn’t end when treatment does. The journey continues - shaping survivors, their families, friends, and colleagues. Moving Forward is about shining a light on life after cancer: the challenges, the resilience, and the new beginnings.

An Evening of Insight & Inspiration

With breast cancer survivors Petra Gatto and Sharron Moffatt, in conversation with Lisa Delaney, women in business supporter, and guided by moderator Bryony Williams, the panel will share honest stories, practical advice, and uplifting perspectives on life after cancer.

Together, we will open up a conversation about resilience, confidence, and how we can all play a role in supporting those moving forward after treatment.

This event is open to everyone - women and men - because cancer impacts us all.

If you cannot join us in person, you can still be part of the evening via our live stream - with two types of tickets available.

🎗 A Cause Close to Our Hearts

All ticket profits will be donated to Cancer Support UK (Reg. no. 1105703 in England and Wales), a charity providing vital practical and emotional support to people with cancer, during and after treatment.

Meet the Panellists

Petra Gatto
Founder of Gatto Branding and a breast cancer survivor, Petra is the driving force behind this event. Her own experience showed her that life after cancer -returning to work, rebuilding confidence, and finding her voice again- can be the hardest part of the journey. Today, she combines her advocacy with her work as a Personal Brand Strategist, empowering women to step into their power, increase their visibility, and lead with confidence.

Sharron Moffatt
A Mental Health Trainer and Cancer Awareness Ambassador, Sharron combines lived experience with 30 years of global health and wellbeing expertise. After losing her mum to breast cancer, Sharron faced her own diagnosis of three malignant tumours. She now transforms difficult conversations about cancer and mental health into something human, relatable, and approachable.

Lisa Delaney
Head of Marketing and Lifestyle for Europe at Cathay Pacific and trustee of Cancer Support UK, Lisa brings a wealth of leadership experience. An avid supporter of women in business, she launched Cathay’s European Women’s Mentorship Programme and continues to champion initiatives that create meaningful impact.

Bryony Williams
Executive Coach, Workshop Facilitator, and Founder of The Glass Female, Bryony is dedicated to empowering women leaders through resilience, authenticity, and ambition. She is also a passionate fundraiser and supporter of cancer-related causes, making her the perfect host for this inspiring discussion.
