Start your weekend with a moment of calm at our Saturday morning yoga session to ease away the stress of the week. The sessions, led by local practitioner Una Bentley, will combine gentle yoga movements (asana), with breathing (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation.
Una’s approach is that nearly everyone can practise yoga, regardless of age and ability, and modifications will be offered.
The sessions will be in our Learning Room which is upstairs in the new Heritage and Learning Centre. There is a lift up as well as stairs and a toilet on the second floor. Please do bring a mat with you if you are able and feel free to bring a cushion, blanket, yoga blocks, water bottle or anything else you may require.
Before attending the class please ensure that you have filled out the health questionnaire via the link which will be sent out in the confirmation email.
Doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the session.
