Summary: This masterclass will introduce the concept of sustainable leadership for coaching psychologists. Sustainable leadership describes a set of skills and behaviours that leaders can develop that allow them to be purposeful, intentional, and adapt their leadership behaviours to any organisational situation. It is anchored in Contextual Behavioural Science, Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, and evidence based management.This masterclass is for coaches and coaching psychologists who want to improve the quality and effectiveness of leadership skills for their clients and themselves in an evidence-based way.The masterclass will cover:

• A definition of sustainable leadership
• The relationship between psychological flexibility and leadership skills
• How to develop more psychologically flexible leadership using Acceptance and Commitment Coaching

WHAT DO I GET IF I SIGN UP FOR A MASTERCLASS?

All Masterclasses and workshops will take place via zoom meeting in UK real-time.

These sessions will not be recorded and if you are unable to attend you will not be able to hear the session at a later date nor will a refund be given.

Each masterclass will have an element of experiential learning and/or discussion which will take place in break-out rooms.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to you via email following the Workshop/ Masterclass.
