Description

Welcome to the Property Coffee Morning!

Our next Property Coffee Morning on the 13th of December is the last for the year!

2017 has been a very interesting and eventful year for property investors. We have decided, for this event, to have a Q&A panel of 6 experts to look back at the year and make their projections or predictions of what we should expect.

Our Panelist are:

1) David Clouter:

David Clouter has developed an extraordinary understanding of the property cycle during his 33 years as a property investor. There are not many more qualified in the industry than David to Clouter to predict what 2018 has in store.

Put all your plans for 2018 on hold until you hear what David Clouter has to say. Ignore him at your risk!.

2) Richard Obahor

A Developer extraordinaire with over a decade of experience developing properties in the across the UK and Nigeria.

3) Arif Punjani

He further developed his niche in Estate planning by gaining membership of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners along with The Association of Taxation Technicians.

4) Richard Bowser

As well as being a long-term landlord and property investor, Richard is the editor and founder of ‘Property Investor News‘ – the highly regarded monthly magazine for property investors, landlords and trade professionals – launched way back in 2002. 5) David Sandeman

After qualifying as a barrister in 1982, David spent the rest of the 80’s in the London property market building and modernising flats and houses. Many of the properties were acquired at auction and this gave David valuable experience in the field of property investment and development.

6) Ranjan Bhattacharya

Ranjan founded Fab Lets, a North London based build-to-let property company to create high quality rental accommodation.
