The MPCD National Helpline is the customer facing part of DfE. Helpline agents take phone calls from the public, teachers, in fact anyone that calls DfE for advice, guidance, queries or complaints speak to MPCD helpline agents. This session will help you to understand how the Helpline manages calls and handle sometimes difficult callers.
