What information is required at this stage?

Please provide your full name as it appears on your ID, your 7-digit contact ID number, your date of birth and the email address registered with RCS England. You can find this by checking previous emails received from us.

Question 2

What documents will I need to book this exam?

Accepted Answer

Candidates are required to provide their final degree certificate and internship completion certificate  as outlined above under 'Eligibility requirements'.  Candidates who apply and are unable to provide this will be withdrawn without refund.

Question 3

How long after registering interest will I be able to book my place?

Accepted Answer

Candidates will be informed once the registration ends if they have been successful in being given a place to book for the exam. Successful candidates will then have  five days to complete payment via the RCS England website.

Question 4

Where can I find my contact ID number for registration?

Accepted Answer

Once you have created an account on the Royal College of Surgeons of England website you will be given a unique 7 digit contact ID number that will look similar to this (9012345). This can be found in previous emails from us. Please have this ready for completing registration.

Question 5

If I don't get a place will I be added to waiting list?

Accepted Answer

Once places become full, limited places will become available on Eventbrite for the waiting list. Candidates who are not eligible or who cannot make the payment by the deadline will be withdrawn and a selection will be made from the waiting list.
