We are delighted to invite you to our MS Frontiers conference, which this year will be on 29-30 June at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh.
The conference will bring together researchers, clinicians, health care professionals and students and is a fantastic opportunity to share ideas, discuss key challenges and hear about the latest MS research.

What does the conference fee include?
The conference fee includes access to MS Frontiers as well as lunch and refreshments. The fee also includes the conference dinner, which this year will be held at the Mansfield Traquair.
Conferences fees do not include travel or accommodation.
Do the conference fees include accommodation?
Accommodation is not included, but there is an option to add a room at the Sheraton Hotel during registration for a discounted rate until 23 May.
Are early bird discounts available?
A 20% discount is available for full price conferences tickets until 31 March 2017.

Are group booking discounts available?
Group booking discounts are not available at this year’s MS Frontiers. There is however a number of early bird discounts or bursaries available
How to I submit an abstract?
You can submit an abstract on the MS Society website.
Please note we will not accept your abstract submission until you have booked your place at MS Frontiers.
Are student bursaries available?
We have a number of bursaries available to enable students and early career researchers to attend MS Frontiers 2017.
Can I pay by invoice?
No, all bookings must be paid at time of booking. This helps us keep the cost of the conference down for delegates and reduces unnecessary administration costs for the charity.
Tax invoices will be sent out with your booking confirmation by eventbrite.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds can be issued up to 28 days before the event. Accommodation cancellations must be received before 23 May.
Conference tickets can be transferred to another delegate for free until 28 June. Accommodation bookings names can be changed up to 14 days before the event.

I'm not a healthcare professional or researcher, can I still attend?
Unfortunately we are unable to invite non-healthcare or research professionals as pharmaceutical exhibitors will be present at the event. Advertising or promoting prescription-only medicines to the public is prohibited under the ABPI Code and UK law.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket to gain entry to the conference. All bookings will be held digitally at the event registration points on the day.
