MS Society Community Connections Project

Join us to learn more about the free services/support available via our Community Connections project (such as benefits advice/income maximisation/access to grants).

Also, increase your awareness of Carbon Monoxide and the Priority Services Register (PSR), with the opportunity to receive a free carbon monoxide alarm too.

This is a free session for people living with MS as well as unpaid carers and family members.

The talk will last approx. 30- 45 mins and then they'll be the opportunity to ask questions and chat with other attendees and have a cuppa (as free refreshments will be available too).

Celf O Gwmpas/ Centre Celf has free parking available (including disabled spaces), but spaces are limited. There's also parking available on Trefonen Ln and at the Ysgol Trefonen School, which is on Trefonen Ln.
