MSA Visits - The Island

Join us for a talk and tour of the Island, a transformational office project in Manchester recently completed in Spring 2025.

Consisting of 100,000 sq ft Grade A workspace, the scheme is a striking addition to John Dalton Street and achieving NABERS 5*.

Designed by Cartwright Pickard, Jess Spencer and Robert Phillips will provide a short talk explaining the approach and ethos taken to both design and sustainability and which will be followed by a tour of the building.

5:30pm – Guests to arrive. Welcome drink/networking

6:00pm – Talk by Cartwright Pickard

6:30pm – Guests to split into two groups of 20 for building tour

7:00pm – Tour to finish. Networking and remaining drinks

7:30pm – Close.
