Boro head to West Ham on Saturday 1st October for the first ever game at the Olympic stadium, and MSS plan to travel to the game in style. We've hired a boat for 200 people to cruise down the Thames and take us to the game from Central London.
We want the boat to be a wall of colour of noise so please bring your flags, banners and singing voices. The boat has a cash bar (please bring cash for a prompt service) serving a selection of drinks but bringing your own alcohol onboard is prohibited.
We'll be leaving Westminster Pier at 11:15am (prompt) on board the Elizabethan, a 1890s replica paddle steamer, so aim to get to Westminster pier by 11:00am for boarding. The Elizabethan will arrive at North Greenwich pier around 1:30pm. North Greenwich pier is a short walk to North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee line, a 9-minute journey to Stratford station (nearest tube stop for the Olympic stadium).
