What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If you stay in Playa del ingles or Maspalomas, we provide the bus transfer to and from Puerto Rico where the boat set sails from. It is only a 15 minute journey.
If you are staying in Puerto Rico you need to come directly to the boat at the main harbour in Puerto Rico which is very nearby to most hotels in Puerto Rico.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can print and bring your tickets or you can show the Confirmation Email on your mobile phone.
Your name will be automatically added to the guestlist, so don't worry too much if you have lost the confirmation.
What shall I bring to the boat party?
Sun Cream and a smile, also bring a towel and some extra money in case you want to do the Parasailing or Jet Ski's or buy Premium Drinks from the bar.
What is the refund policy?
Deposit Reservations can only be refunded if the boat party is cancelled.
