Strangely enough this is one of our most popular Quests. In a stunning location in the West Wight where each year an area opens up on the cliff that just begs you to let out your inner child to play. We have even taken a hardened group of hairy bikers to play in this mud.
Come and learn a little more about the ecology and history of the area but more importantly get out in nature and get down and dirty. Of course no throwing of the mud at each other is allowed. Once you are covered in mud you can rinse it off with a swim or paddle in the sea.
Play is just as important to our psychological wellbeing as adults as it is to the overall development of children.
This Quest involves an awful lot of steps which are not so bad going down. It is also liable to a date change due to tides and weather conditions. Details on meet up will be provided on registration.
Bring a packed lunch and wear weather appropriate clothing, sturdy boots with a good grip and only bring items you don't mind getting muddy.
Please note this Quest is only open to those who are part of one of the support programmes run by Nature Therapy CIC
