This month's plant: Mugwort

A moon powered and magical feminine plant ally, Mugwort has quite a reputation. This dreamer's gateway plant will stretch the doors of your perception cleansing away the old and helping you expand your vision so that you can see more clearly. She always gives you what you are ready for. She will be stripping away any illusion that you have been blinded by and bringing in her wake a new found freedom within you.

What to expect:

Fay will provide an overview on mugwort, traditional uses, plant energetics and share her personal experience, recipes and rituals.

You'll experience a guided meditation, soul journey with the shamanic drum or healing with discussion and opportunity to share your experience (time permitting).

Plus time for Q & A.

Who is it for:

People who feel called by the earth, nature and/or the plants in some way and feel they have something to learn from reconnecting to nature's wisdom.

No experience with meditation, shamanism, herbal medicine or plant knowledge is necessary, though you will get the most out of this space by being open and willing to meet plants with fresh eyes and more importantly your heart.

Familiarity with Fay's work (ie. her book Plants that Speak Souls that Sing: Transform your Life with the Spirit of Plants is helpful but not essential)

Respect for other members, individual experiences and plants is essential.

What this is not

This is not a gardening workshop - it's about how to connect with the essential nature of this wonderful being and discover the magic that can flow when you flow together.

There will be a replay if you cannot attend live.
