Take a mindful pause for yourself in this nurturing Mum & Baby session.
Local pregnancy and postnatal yoga facilitator, Kim Hayman, will guide you through soothing breathwork and restorative movement designed to support your postpartum body, mind, and overall wellbeing.
The practice will help ease tension, rebuild strength, and invite softness offering space to reconnect with your body in this new chapter of motherhood.
Alongside the yoga, you and your baby will be cocooned in the calming embrace of a live sound bath from Meridian Music. The soothing vibrations create a deeply restful atmosphere, helping to quiet the mind, ease stress, and encourage relaxation for mothers.
This is a space for you to breathe, move, and restore while keeping your baby close and supported. Leave feeling lighter, more centred, and replenished.
This class is for mums within the first year postpartum, with babies aged 3 months to crawling.
