Join us for a workout involving safe and effective postnatal exercises; alongside or holding your little one.

Postnatal exercise benefits:
Re-build core strength - help to improve or prevent:
- diastasis recti,
- prolapse,
- incontinence,
- back pain,
Boost your mental well-being - help to improve or prevent:
- stress and anxiety,
- postnatal depression,
- better quality of sleep,
- boost your confidence.
Boost your social well-being -
- socialise with like-minded mums,
- quality bonding time with your baby.

Every mum deserves to feel strong, both physically and mentally. I'm here to support you on your fitness journey.

These sessions are only £5 plus booking fee.

The cost of these sessions are subsidised by Wallingford Family Centre. Their generous support helps make our sessions more affordable for families in the community. As a local charity, their goal is to ensure that all families have access to valuable services like ours, regardless of their financial situation.

Frequently asked questions

How soon can I join after having my baby?

Once you have been signed off by your doctor/ midwife (usually around 6-8 weeks for vaginal births and 10 weeks for caesarean births), you are welcome to join.

Is there an age restriction for the little ones?

No; pre-crawlers, crawlers and toddlers are welcome.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring your water bottle and a blanket for your baby to lie on (if applicable). Please also wear a supportive bra, clothing you can move in and supportive trainers.
