**Please note this is a 5 week couples course; the course is £190p couple, you only need to book one place per couple. The course starts Monday 30th July 7.30-9.30pm and runs for 5 consecutive weeks with the final class being held on Tuesday 27th August due to the August bank holiday**

Devised by Midwives, this really is the most comprehensive antenatal course around, the education you will receive on this course is up to date, comprehensive and delivered in a way that is informal and fun (with a promise of no ice breakers or role play!)

Over the 5 week course you will learn:

• Stages of labour, and how to understand each one

• Hormones and their role in labour and birth

• Breathing and partner techniques for labour

• Pain relief

• Baby feeding (breast and bottle feeding)

• Practical Newborn Baby Care.
