In partnership with the Mental Health Foundation Charity, The Motivational Mums Club presents 'Mummas Together Group, Lewisham Edition'.
A relaxed and informal afternoon to meet new mums and enjoy some 'you time' over some light nibbles whilst children have a dedicated area to play in. Food will be provided and it's free!!
Every Monday from 10 February 2025 at Deptford Family Hub, Alverton Street, London, SE8 5NH.
You will have the opportunity to ask a midwife from the Lewisham Service any questions you may have surrounding your care in our safe and trusted space!
Let's talk all things motherhood, well-being, mental health, family, culture and more with a hint of Education and fun on Awareness days and week.
