Do I need to be fit to join this class?

Absolutely not! Our HIIT session is beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned gym-goer, you'll feel right at home.

Are there any changing facilities?

Unfortunately not. We recommend arriving in your workout gear, ready to get started.

I don't have a fitness mat, can I still participate?

Due to the nature of the workout and to protect you from the hard floors, a workout mat is essential for this class. But don't worry! They can be bought for as little as £4 online.

What should I bring with me?

Bring a bottle of water (although we will be giving out a complimentary bottle too), a sweat towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes. We recommend supportive trainers as well.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! Just make sure they book their own ticket in advance so we can manage numbers properly.

What if I’ve got an injury or health concern?

Although the instructor can guide and show you safe modifications to the workouts, it's recommended to consult your doctor before any physical activity if you have any concerns.
