A heartfelt and gentle morning retreat for Mums & Daughters to reconnect — with each other, with themselves, and with nature.

This is your mini retreat — step away from the noise, breathe deep, walk slow, and nourish your spirit (and your child’s too).

Important Note:

One ticket covers admission for one adult and one child.If you're attending with more than one child, please contact us for additional booking options.

Why This Matters:

Children are naturally in tune with the Earth. This experience gently guides them back — through breath, presence, and playful learning.

For mums, it’s a sacred space to reset and reflect in community — grounded in faith, sisterhood, and care.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Sunhat sunglasses
  • Suitable Shoes (trainers/boot etc)
  • Waterproofs (in case of rain)
  • Personal Medication
  • Prayer Mats / something to sit on outside
  • Your own Water bottle and snacks
  • Lunch or you can buy from the cafe
  • Jacket if its cold.

We are here To break barriers and stereotypes and to represent muslim women, and normalize Muslim women in outdoors and sports.
