Mum's Day Out

Being a mum is not just a full time role, it is a life-time role!
That means "no breaks" or holidays away from this.
The truth is you need to take care of yourself to do this well.
You need time-outs, me-time, refreshments and supports need to be taken otherwise you get so frazzled or fried up that you could forget your first name!
Oh, have you read the hilarious book, Mum On The Run?
I could not stop laughing!
Well, you will hear some snippets of Mum On The Run on the day.
So, we look forward to a wonderful, refreshing and re-invorgorating time with other mums.
We will sing, pray, dance and share funny stories.
Also, with in House - Trainer and Physiotherapist Alice Thompson we will get some group exercises...and learn mini ones to use on the go!
Following will be stress management techniques with Lisa Cookham and Enomfon Ntefon
Facials will be done by Pam Shah our in-house Beauty Therapist
We will look at Nutrition and Natural Ways to heal by Lisa Cookham.
Elisha Beauty and Health will give free relaxing massages on the site!
We will also have Big Ethical Brands in Beauty Care such as Mary Kay, Lush and Body Shop special offers on the day.
Raffle draws will be done to win...
Bottom line is...we will enjoy ourselves.
Oh did I mention LUNCH! Yummy, healthy LUNCH for us!!!
Bounce Back Live Talkshow will commence wiith special emphasis to strengthen and encourage sisters in the "wives and parenting segments".
