Mums Enterprise Roadshow- MANCHESTER 2018

Now in it’s 3rd year the Mums Enterprise Roadshow is the UK’s only exhibition of its kind. A FREE to attend child-friendly, flexible work and business show for those of you wanting to get into the right frame of mind to make a change and be kickstarted into action as well as helping those of you who wish to retrain, find flexible work start or grow a business.

Since 2016 almost 4000 mums have attended one of our 5 exhibitions and we are so excited to be hosting two of our biggest events yet in Manchester in June and a two day event in London where we will attract over 10,000 more. We are sure you too can feel something is happening across the nation, mums and women everywhere are finding the courage to speak out, sharing experiences of discrimination, the fear of returning to work and carving out a flexible career or starting a business idea and the challenges that come with growing a business to its full profitable potential. Mums Enterprise is here to facilitate this change and spearhead the movement so everybody has access to the support, services and opportunities you may be seeking.

What the Mums Enterprise Roadshow is:

Our answer to those would be. The events were launched as a result of my own (Lindsey Fish) experiences of launching an event management business instead of returning to my city job back in 2014. The events are organised by myself, my business partner and Creative Director Lucy Chaplin and a growing team of mums. We are shooting for the moon too. Every decision is made with mums in mind, that’s #1. For the kids you can book into the creche or we have toys and activities for the kids all around. For the first time in 2018 we have decided to be zero tolerance on MLM brands so you will find no exhibitors promoting MLM schemes. And the whole premis of the exhibition is to provoke action and change, that is why our workshops are practical and we give you a handbook to make notes in so you can go away and start work right away, no matter what your aims are.

Purpose: To help change the lives of mums for the better forever.

• 95% of past visitors would attend again and refer a friend

• We changed the lives of 20% of attendees in 2017 we want to get this up to at least 50% in 2018

• 0% were disappointed in attending

• 65% of 2017 attendees said attending kicked them into action and increased their confidence.
