Meet the Data Experts at Shazam
Louise Macauley is our Manager of User & Product Research and has been with Shazam for the past 2.5 years. She has 6 years experience working in this field and previously completed 4 years of academic study in Psychology & IT with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Her role is to add context, insight, validation, and understanding to design and product.
Brooke Stevens leads international advertising research at Shazam and is responsible for making Shazam stand out as an effective advertising and brand engagement platform. Brooke works closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and enhance Shazam's positioning in the market through the generation of powerful insights, performance tracking, primary research and data analysis. Previously, Brooke has worked in various research, insights and management roles for Twitter, Government Digital Service, The New York Times, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Forbes Inc.
