Motherhood is an amazing job - but as mothers we oten tend to leave ourselves at the bottom of the list. This is a time to remind yourself about the importance of self-care. Self-sustaining care.

Join us for a guided facial while building community and support from the local community of mum's around you. Make new friends or bring old ones. We want to thank you for the work you have done and rejuvenate you to take the next steps of the year.

Yes - Gym and Jollies is a family friendly cafe with toys for all ages.

What Products are going to be used

Tropic Skincare. This is an all natural, UK brand. It is very gentle on skin and is suitable for all skin types, particularly good for sensitive skin. We will send you a link to complete a skincare questionnaire before the session.

What does it include?

We will complete a guided facial and hand scrub to nurture our skin and provide an aroma of calm to our bodies and minds.
