“Remember Who the F* You Are” – 4 Week Online Rolling Group for Mums
Do you ever wonder…Where did I go?
Somewhere between the pile of washing we keep meaning to put away, the never-ending kitchen dishes, and the constant soundtrack of baby programs and hungry cries… we disappear.
We dreamed of being parents, but no one warned us how easy it is to lose ourselves in the noise of: Working Being a full-time mum Playing housemaid, cook, and emotional support service And trying to be a decent partner, too.
We weren’t made to do this alone, and yet so many of us are.
And when a mumma is down, the whole house feels it.
That’s why I’m running this:
“Remember Who the F* You Are” – 4 Week Online Rolling Group for Mums.
A space for tired, brilliant women to: Reconnect with who they are (beyond being “mum”)
Learn simple, powerful tools to feel more like you again Be part of a supportive tribe of women who get it
