Iconic sculpture, fantastic vistas and exciting vibes! Join us for a mythical creatures and narratives sketching workshop with London Drawing tutor and artist – the brilliant Sisetta Zappone.
Sisetta is a mine of information on mythology and ancient historical narratives and we will be searching out these characters and stories in the fabulous imagery, sculpture and ancient architecture from across the globe in the fabulous Cast Courts
Sisetta is a professional printmaker artist based in London and has created art travelling across the globe, as well as the UK. Her expansive work is massively expressive, drawing from ancient imagery, capturing the mystical and the magical in her subjects . Sisetta is a a really inspiring and engaging tutor- with so much to offer with regard to technique and approach so you can build foundations of your own style.

We will be going on a drawing journey around the iconic cast courts at the Victoria and Albert Museum- exploring gestural and imaginative drawing, considering composition, illustrative and expressive mark making to describe animals, characters and stories. The cast courts are an incredible resource and a superb environment for drawing – a great space for drawing development and exchange!
