Event description

Description

Join us for our second Museum Store of 2017!

WMEMP have organised a casual evening of conversations and micro-workshops at the Victoria. The evening will be led by three brilliant hosts, each sharing their insights on one of three pertinent themes of working in museums.

  1. Joanna Essen on museum education

  2. Helen Taylor on curating and collections

  3. Martin Jeffries on social media

Join us to discover what it’s like working in these areas of the heritage sector. Whether you simply want to explore the kinds of work our hosts do or you’ve got a burning question to ask, this is your chance.

The evening is designed for you to dip into two of the three conversations so choose the two that most appeal to you!

As always there will be a chance to meet members of the WMEMP network, which is full of interesting emerging professionals working in museums, art galleries, libraries, historic sites, archives and elsewhere.
