Event description

Description

Migration and resettlement in a new country can have major impacts upon cultural practices and experiences. In this talk, Sara Pennell will explore how Huguenot communities found their culinary feet in their new communities in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

We are holding this talk to celebrate 'Museums at Night' This is the UK-wide festival of Lates in museums and galleries, produced by Culture24, the Brighton-based arts charity dedicated to shining a light on Britain’s sparkling culture and heritage.

Talk includes a glass of wine on arrival. Doors open at 5.45pm for a chance to view the galleries and shop.
