No prior meditation experience needed. This is a guided journey suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.

Will I be out of my mind?

You’ll be fully conscious throughout. This is a journey into stillness and awareness, not altered states.

You can lie down or sit. Comfort is key – bring what you need to feel supported (mats, cushions, blankets).

Can I arrive earlier?

Please arrive 10 minutes early. We start on time and create a safe, uninterrupted container for the group.
