I learned to play guitar at the age of 14. Music became my therapy, allowing me to be with and process diffucult feelings and experiences. Music was also a great source of inspiration and acted as a catalyst and support to my spiritual growth.
In this workshop, we will look at some elements of music that have this therapeutic and transformational potential. Drawing from the words and work of Hazrat Iayat Khan, Kay Gardner and other music and sound healing pioneers, we will explore this subject with plenty of experiential examples, so you can feel into it all yourself.
